Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the nature of the order it may take up to 2 weeks.

Products may be returned in unopened, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return postage with tracking.

Custom made products are final sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get you a replacement.
